It's an MSU Spending Spree!

Remember that amazing American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, and how it was supposed to create jobs and save the economy? A move that was straight out of John Maynard Keynes playbook, that failed like it did for India, Russia, and mostof Europe. However, we don't learn from our mistakes.
